How we work together
An additional and important thing to notice: I don’t like talking on the phone. Why? I just don’t. Also, people (yep, also me) tend to forget what they don’t have in written form. And in a business context, it’s crucial to keep record of what was discussed and agreed on.
Of course, the no-phone-policy doesn’t go with a no-meeting-policy. We need to meet, at best on a regular basis to readjust the project and keep us both up to date. Obviously, there has to be a documentation of the things we discuss.
